Glenn Gay
I was just wondering....I purchased a high guitar stool, and a foot stool to elevate my right leg thereby raising the guitar. This helps with the burning in my neck, and there are a few exercises I do as well to try to keep the pain down to a minimum otherwise I cannot practice very long. I was just wondering if anybody had a trick or tip for me that would also help?
Ryan Withrow
Most of the pain we feel comes from posture errors, honestly. It can even affect the tension in your hands! It's crazy! Anytime I notice that ANYTHING is "off", I check in on my posture, adjust, and am amazed at how quickly everything goes back to normal!
