My Login Doesn't Log Me In

If you have encountered an issue with logging in, we have found that it is likely rooted in one of two things.

Either you are receiving an "Invalid Login" notification when you try to login or the login tries to login and then just resets. For the sake of being thorough in helping you get to your training, we'll address both here.

The more common issue we run into with students who are unable to log in is when they are shown an "Invalid Login" notification, which is a sign that the password or email is typed incorrectly. Simply making certain the email and password is correct will fix this.

We encourage our students to copy and paste their password the first time they log in, as the auto-generated password may be difficult and cause typos. Be sure, when copying and pasting, not to copy a space at the front or end of the password, as that will count as a character and cause an invalid login. If you have extended trouble logging in, contact support at support@breakthroughguitar.com and they can reset your password to something easier for you.

If you are unable to login and you are NOT seeing an "Invalid Login" alert when you attempt it, you may be experiencing an issue with your browser cookies and cache.

The best way to identify if that is the case is to try logging in by using a different browser. If it works, it's an indication that your browser cookies and cache just need to be cleared. If it doesn't work, it's a symptom of a larger issue and we'll need to know about it.

By clearing your cache and cookies, you should be able to log in without issue.
