I Can't Login, What Should I Do?

If you're having trouble logging in, you've come to the right place.

Your password is automatically generated for you by our system and should work without issue. However, passwords may appear not to work on occasion.

Almost always, a password issue arises from trying to manually enter the password or username you received in your email - into the login box. And since the passwords consist of random capital letters, special characters, and numbers, it can be quite easy to mistype a password or username.

That is why we highly recommend to "copy and paste" both your username and password into the login box. Here's how:

  • Locate your username and password from the email that was sent to you in your "login info" email.
  • Highlight the username and "COPY" it.
  • Navigate to the login box on the page you're trying to login to.
  • PASTE the username you previously copied into the "email" field.
  • Go back to your email which contains your login info.
  • Highlight and "COPY" your password.
  • Navigate to the login box on the page you're trying to login to.
  • PASTE the password you previously copied into the "password" field.
  • Click the "log in" button.
  • When you follow these steps, you will be able to login successfully.

In the event you are still unable to log in, and you know you copied and pasted correctly, the cause of the issue is almost always a local one. Our recommendation is to try to log in using a different browser. If you are able to log in with one browser, but not another, it's an indicator that your cache on the browser that is not working needs to be cleared. Once you clear your cache, the problem should resolve.
