Fred Soukup
I noticed that depending on what I am playing I can achieve the sound I want by switching from my Fender Strat to my PRS Custom. I can utilize the Fender more for the classic rock sound and the PRS for when I am playing a more Santana or or a rich tone sound. Maybe it is just me but that is what my take is on what I am hearing.
Total Disorder
to answer this ,they are to different builds. PRS is perfect cuts of wood and pick up combinations that please . Construction of a PRS is on of the best. I have a American made strat that sound like a strat. It's all in the build that makes the sound . Fred Soukup
Yes, and my strat is great for playing the blues. I love them both.
