Hi Alan here, along time ago I came across that configuration, so cant be sure but take a look in the dexterity module. There are so many exercises you can do. Not only those in the course units. Me I start warm up with each finger 10 times across the strings, the idea is to get index and pinky flexibility. Then at about 4th fret try play each note on 5th fret with each finger, work at getting notes to sound good, similar for all fingers particular index + pinky. I do the spider walks a while, then all the patterns of Am pentatonic. But that's just my routine.

I follow that with a few favourite tiff's then work at current list of songs I like.
