Where is the complete grid (roadmap of patterns) located for printing?

Your question's bit more complex than you think. There's many different scales not just those shown in BTG. See modes unit mayb helpful to u anyway. Try & print 7 major  patterns. But I'll attach the full Am pentatonic pattn's, you can do a lot with that, lots of classic Am blues songs

Pentatonic's easiest. If you go up to G key note & play same it's Gm or down to B key note you've got Bm.  If you Google major pent'nic print patt'n sht. then same applies. Pentatonic play it from any key note. Just changes the pitch. You'll learn to play the Octaves with riffs & solo's.
