I am Dave Peine  " Piney"  from Colorado. My journey learning to play the Guitar started 11 months ago at the tender age of 64. I am retiring at the end of the month having been with the same Co for over 37 years.

A year ago after watching an ad for BTG I told my wife that I wanted to learn Guitar. She thought I was crazy but having been diligent with my modules and help from some friends I have progressed rather well and am having a lot of fun !!!

A great challenge and journey to have with retirement around the corner. 

I feel that I have grown up witnessing the best music era of all times. I am a huge fan of classic rock and have a goal of playing lead and rhythm guitar to the music of some of my favorite bands.

This is the first ever Forum and post that I have ever done so looking forward to all the correspondence and sharing of "Breakthrough Moments".

I recently signed up for the 4 week Master class and am anxious to dig in.
