What an awesome way to end the week. Looking forward to submitting my video. This Challenge was one lightbulb moment after another. Thank you, @Jonathan for putting this together. The dexterity exercise and the flexibility exercise you showed tonight helped me a lot. The dexterity one really helped me get the ring finger more limber. I am going to go the Unlimited Dexterity course next one my list. Don't know about the teaching thing at this time maybe at a later date, if it becomes available again.

I was surprised to see the middle finger used for the second note in the scale pattern instead of the ring finger, but after repeating this pattern over and over it makes sense! Also, I was shocked to find out that my ring finger was out of shape. A few years ago, I saw a Dragon Force video again and thought- how fast can these guys go, how fast can I go? So I made up my own finger exercise where I try to hit/play 255 notes in 20 seconds. Using hammer ons, pull offs. finger tapping, and double picking, basically every trick I could think of to try and pull it off. At first, it was sloppy and I could not do it in 20 seconds, however over time I got it down to 20 seconds. Again, I was shocked to find out that my ring finger was out of shape! I was also very surprised to see the same scale pattern work on minor cords! I could not believe it until I played it with the minor scale backing tracks-wow!

Confused about how/why to do submission.  You tube submission seems too complicated.  Submission via breakthrough-provided method doesn’t provide for musical recording…..only answers to questions.  So…..don’t know how to submit.

Thanks for sharing this question @Bob Alou.

If you visit this link: https://training.breakthroughguitar.com/5-day-lead-guitar-lightbulb-submission-1

You will be prompted with entering your name and email and then a spot to paste the Youtube link of your submission. If you can not use youtube, and just want to enter your submission through our own portal, you can do so here

Please let us know if you have any further trouble entering your submission.

Thank you for an impactful week. I played catch up the first four days and was able to catch Friday’s live class. The ring finger torture exercise made my week! I’ll be using that a lot! I’ve also never put together notes into chord form from a scale. That was big for me.

Hi Yves, thanks, and I'd love to hear yours

You go youtube, go to My videos (my settings are in danish, but it must be something like that) and find you video.

to the right of the video, there are 3 dots on top of eachother, for options. Click that and then click the second option (in danish "Hent link til deling")

should be something like "get link for sharing"

then just paste it into a comment here, and you'll look and sound like a pro 😉
