I know there are a lot of members here from many different areas in the World. Cape Breton Island, in Nova Scotia, Canada, is home to many great singers and Artists of what we call Kitchen Racket Music, or Down Home Music, or simply...,Cape Breton Music. For those of you who never heard of the Rankin Family, they are brothers and sisters of a down home musical family and they are very well known in not only Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, BUT, all of Canada. This is a very haunting arrangement of probably my favorite Rankin Family tunes. I am placing a link to this wonderful piece of down home music for everyone to have a taste of.
