I just purchased a fingerpicking course and I cant get it started. I am not getting good feedback from support at all. I was sent no info with credentials for joining the zoom session so I missed my first day live but there should be a way to watch the recording of it and I cant see any way from the website to get to that either.

I am actually replying to your email as I type this out and getting your links situated. I was just now grabbing the links for you. Your access to the class was granted on the day that you purchase. I apologize for any confusion. Please be on the lookout for my email today 😄

I am still at a loss here. It shouldn't this difficult to find a course I purchased at a website. I dont know what to do. Am I gonna miss today's lesson again since up to the minute I havent received a zoom id or any clear message on how to get to the course I bought? I can't call anybody or get a clear direction. I'm just spinning my wheels
